These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Everyvisit websites, apps, App Clip, and related services (the “Service”) operated by Reize LLC (“Everyvisit,” “we,” “us”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Everyvisit.
Everyvisit is a platform that helps:
We provide software and related infrastructure. We are not the provider of the underlying beauty, health, wellness, or other professional services offered by businesses listed on Everyvisit. Those services are offered by independent businesses.
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract (and at least 13, or the higher age required where you live).
You are responsible for:
Business features may require an eligible subscription and compliance with App Store / Google Play rules.
When you book through Everyvisit:
Guest checkout may be available. Linking a guest booking to an account may be offered so you can manage visits later.
If you create or manage a business on Everyvisit:
Everyvisit may remove or suspend listings that violate these Terms, law, or our operational/safety standards.
You may not:
We may investigate and suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Service includes user-generated content such as reviews, profile and business photos, business page text, and messages (including end-to-end encrypted chat where available).
Zero tolerance. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Content and accounts that violate these Terms may be removed, and offending users may be suspended or ejected from the Service.
Filtering. We use a combination of product rules, automated signals (for example review risk holds where applicable), user reports, and human review to filter and moderate objectionable content. End-to-end encrypted messages are not readable by Everyvisit in plaintext; for those, we rely on user reports, blocking, and account-level action.
Reporting. You can flag objectionable content or abusive behavior in the app (for example report a review or report a conversation / user). You may also email [email protected].
Blocking. You can block abusive users or businesses in the app. Blocking removes that conversation and related content from your inbox/feed immediately and notifies Everyvisit so we can review the report.
24-hour action. When we receive a valid report of objectionable content or abusive behavior, we aim to act within 24 hours, including removing or restricting the content where appropriate and ejecting or suspending the user who provided the offending content when warranted.
You consent to receive transactional communications related to the Service (for example booking confirmations, reminders, security notices, and product emails necessary to operate your account). Marketing communications, if any, will follow applicable opt-out rules.
Everyvisit and its logos, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended.
You retain rights to content you upload (photos, descriptions, messages you create). You grant Everyvisit a worldwide license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service (for example showing your business page publicly).
The Service relies on third parties such as Apple, Google, payment/subscription platforms, hosting, maps/location providers, and messaging/push infrastructure. Their terms and availability may affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect matching of businesses, or the quality or safety of services provided by businesses you book.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERYVISIT AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO EVERYVISIT FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
You agree to defend and indemnify Everyvisit against claims arising from your content, your business operations, your bookings, or your misuse of the Service, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account as available in the product. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date (and notice when appropriate). Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by consumer protection laws that give you other mandatory rights.
