This Privacy Policy explains how Reize LLC (“Everyvisit,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Everyvisit websites, apps, App Clip, and related services (the “Service”).

Secure messaging content: Where end-to-end encryption (E2EE) is enabled for business messaging, message content is encrypted on devices so we cannot read the plaintext. We may still process ciphertext and the metadata listed above to deliver the Service. Device keys, recovery materials, and related security data are handled as described in-app.
Business subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription partner (RevenueCat), not by Everyvisit as a card processor. We receive subscription status, product/seat information, and related billing state needed to unlock features. We do not store your full payment card number.

Businesses are independent operators. When you book or message a business, that business may process your information as a separate controller for providing their services. Their practices may differ from ours.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business, security, and legal purposes.
You may delete your personal account in the app (subject to product rules). Business owners may close a business page, which removes or deactivates business data as described in the product. Some records may remain in backups or logs for a limited period, or where we must retain them for legal reasons. E2EE peers may retain local copies of messages on their devices.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to / restrict certain processing.
We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may process information on servers in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and E2EE for supported message content. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Service may link to third-party sites or rely on Apple, Google, and other providers. Their privacy policies govern their services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
