What is Everyvisit?

An app to find and book nearby visits – and for businesses to publish a page, take bookings, and run the day.

Is it free?

Clients: free to download and book. Businesses: free to explore; a subscription is required when you’re ready to go live.

Where does it work?

iPhone and Android. Businesses can also share a web booking link.

How do I contact support?

Email [email protected]. We aim to respond as soon as we can (reports of abuse are prioritized within ~24 hours).

For clients

Do I need an account to book?

No. Guest checkout works without signing in. Sign in to save bookings, message the business, and leave reviews.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes – cancel from the booking details in the app when cancellation is available for that booking.

Are messages private?

When end-to-end encryption is set up on both sides, message and call content is encrypted so Everyvisit can’t read it. Until then, some threads may wait until secure messaging is ready.

How do I report or block someone?

In a conversation, tap the contact name for Report or Block. In Messages, swipe a chat and choose Report.

How do reviews work?

After a booking’s end time, eligible clients can leave a rating and review. Businesses can respond on their public page.

For businesses

How do clients find me?

Publish your business page and share your booking link. Clients can also discover you nearby in the app.

Can my team use Everyvisit?

Yes – add staff with seats, use the shared schedule, and message clients from the business.

What if I get a new phone?

On a device that already has your business vault, use Show link code, then Scan link code on the new phone. You can also restore with your recovery phrase.
